By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Our Mission:
At Grip Gods, we believe that every step we take is guided by God. Our grip socks are designed to represent faith, purpose, and performance, allowing athletes to share their belief in Jesus Christ through doing what they love.

Orders & Payments • Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be visible on the products information • All prices are listed in Australian Dollar for now, as our brand is based in Australia, however more options will be updated in the near future. • Secure payment methods are accepted at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information on your behalf.

Shipping & Delivery • We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. • Grip Gods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We will look to be delivering your orders to you as secure and quick as we possibly can. • Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as Grip Gods is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. • Refunds will be processed within 2-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Product Use & Liability • Our grip socks are designed for performance and comfort, but Grip Gods is Not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from product use. • Customers should follow proper washing and care instructions to maintain product durability.

Intellectual Property • The Grip Gods name, logo, designs, and all website content are the property of Grip Gods and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission from one of our founders.

Privacy & Security • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Any data collected during purchases is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. • Grip Gods does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellations • Grip Gods reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or policy violations before being shipped out.
